Mother’s Day was another exciting day to dress our kids up! It’s always so much more fun to plan outfits for special days and match the family when you can make them yourself! What’s exciting about these outfits is that if you like them, you can purchase them in our shop. They will be great all summer long!
We were both spoiled this year to be able to wear something beautiful and feminine on Mother’s Day. I’ve personally never bought a new outfit for Mother’s Day, and it made me feel even more special than my family already made me feel! :) We were so excited to introduce our Lucy Skirt for Mamas this past March during our birthday celebration. It seemed to be a huge hit with our readers, and we even gave away a Lucy Skirt to one of you!

Mary Beth wore The Lucy Skirt in Bliss (along with her beautiful Mother’s day jewelry from Tim and Titus!) Titus wore a matching tie shirt in Bliss, along with a cool jean jacket and his homemade pants from Easter.
Laura wore The Lucy Skirt in Roses N Cream (along with an elegant rosette necklace from Allora Handmade) Elissa is wearing a matching peasant dress, and Cameron is wearing a matching tie shirt.
We do what we do here at The Blue Ladybug is because of our kids! What an honor it is to be mommies to our precious children! They enrich our lives and bring us so much joy!
