Muffin Tin Monday {Resurrection Theme!}

We hope everyone had a wonderful Easter yesterday! Its always such an exciting time of year to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! So thankful for God’s power over sin and death forever! That leads us to our MTM lunch (We're linking up with Muffin Tin Monday today)! We did a Resurrection theme and did breakfast instead of lunch {because who doesn’t love a great breakfast on Easter?}. I made the Resurrection Rolls that we gave the recipe for earlier this week. It’s such a fun and interactive way to teach your children about Jesus’ resurrection- when you open it up, it’s hollow! Plus they’re so yummy! You can find the recipe here.

(Top L-R) Resurrection Roll, turkey sausage, Cheese-topped scrambled eggs
(Bottom L-R) Orange pieces, oatmeal, blueberry yogurt

Never have I seen my child eat so fast! This muffin tin was empty in no time! And the yummy Resurrection Roll was a huge hit too! :) It was actually pretty humorous to watch him eat!

See what other moms are doing for Muffin Tin Monday!!

@JDaniel4's Mom

It's a roll that is hollow on the inside after its baked, representing the tomb being empty! He has risen! Just click one of the linked "resurrection roll" phrases in this post to see the recipe we gave earlier this week!

Wow love the clean plate! Are the resurrection rolls similar to a popover?
