Muffin Tin Monday {Theme: GREEN!}

Once again it's Muffin Tin Monday, the lunchtime during the week that encourages creativity and brightens up your family's day! This week, in honor of St. Patrick's Day, we did a GREEN theme! This turned out to be pretty easy, but also SO fun! There are so many options available because there are so many naturally green foods, as well as lots of healthy options, which only increases your chances of scoring a homerun for your kids' tastebuds! :) Here's what we came up with...

Top: Green Rotini Pasta w/ chopped up turkey, cottage cheese colored green, peas
Bottom: Kiwi fruit, Lime Jello, green goldfish crackers

This muffin tin lunch was by far Titus' favorite one ever! He gobbled everything up! Surprisingly, the first to go was the pasta! And the Jello is always a curious treat for him- such a fun experience for a 16 month old! :)

Stop over to Muffin Tin Monday, and see what others' are doing!

So fun! But I'm not sure my picky eaters would have done so well. Unfortunately their on mostly a white/brown colored food kick. I get so frustrated. But I do notice that the more I use the muffin tins, the more interested they are in trying new things. Thanks for sharing!
