We keep trying to get into "spring mode" around here, although it is snowing here this morning. Yuck. That's Michigan weather for you I guess. You just never know what to expect. Last weekend the temperatures were in the 70's and it was glorious!
So to help us get a little spring fever this week, we used our flower shaped muffin tin cups for lunch. From left to right: Mini Vanilla Wafers, Strawberry Banana yogurt, green beans, carrots and ranch dip for dipping the veggies. And front and center is an english muffin with peanut butter.
What did you have for lunch? We're linking up with the other mom's over at Muffin Tin Mom today, hop on over and check out all the other delicious and springy ideas.

I lived on english muffins with peanut butter when I was little. JDaniel won't go near peanut butter.
Sorry about the snow!
Love those colorful muffin cups! Happy MTM!
We are with you there on the snow! isnt it a bummer after such awesome weather?! perfect spring cups to brighten your day!
We had a thirty degree drop in temps this week too, from 93 on Saturday to 63 today. No snow, so I am not complaining! My kids would love those Mini Nilla Wafers- I will have to check the grocery for them.
